16mm fisheye, ~45 seconds at f2.8
Rays and curtains soon extended, with pulsations rippling out from the north to overhead and slightly south. Activity fluctuated for an hour or so then appeared to be fading before sharply increasing in brightness & intensity around 01:30UT with red glows visible in the west. Remainder was a typical green auroral hue. Extremely bright rays and curtains visible around more than 90 degrees of horizon from west to north. The waves rippling out at high speeds were amazing - impossible to capture on film.
